TESTIMONIAL
A-1 Air & Gas Co did centralize compressed air piping in to our Metallurgical Dept. Basement + 4 story bldg.
The entire piping was done in Special PPRc Material of 16 Bar pressure range of main line of 50 MM in
upper center loft and drop line of 32 mm, & use point in to 25 mm in to most Laboratory required air.
There are more than 100 use points and pressure drop across the system is not more than 0.4 Bar.
They did excellent work. We are satisfied with their work. There is no problem in to the system.
Since 7 years.
When we were confused , which capacity of Air compressor is to be procured, for our process, Mr.Dipak Dave
of A-1 Air & Gas Co guided us well for 20 H.P , High Pressure , Reciprocating Air compressor with -
1 M3 vertical air receiver.
The system is with latest compressor protection device against Phase failure and in other eventuality in control panel.
He also arranged professional compressed air piping work in to our Plant.
The system is working O.K
A-1 Air & Gas Co supplied us 25 H.P Rotary Screw compressor ( 110 CFM , 10 bar) in the year 2016, With
down line useful accessories like: Refrigerated Air Dryer, Air Receiver, Pre & Fine filter Set.
